Resep Chicken Karagee

Resep Chickeen Karagee menjadi resep spesial hari ini, cara membuat chicken karagee atau ayam goreng karagee ini sangat mudah kok. Bahan bahannya pun sangat mduah dibeli di pasar pasar tradisional atau supermarket besar.

Bahan yang dipakai :

  • 100 gram tepung terigu serba guna
  • 400 gram fillet ayam (paha atas), potong potong menjadiukuran kotak 2 cm
  • 50 gram tepung maizena
  • minyak untuk menggoreng ayam karagee

Bahan perendam (mixer campurkan dan kocok sampai rata) :

  • 30 gram jahe, kupas kemudian parut hingga halus
  • 2 siung bawang putih, kupas dan parut
  • 3 sendok makan shoyu
  • 1/2 sendok teh merica bubuk
  • 1/2 sendok teh garam

Cara membuat chicken karagee :

  1. Pertama kita lumuri ayam yang sudah dipotong potong dengan bahan perendam. Lumuri ayam kemudian diamkan dalam kulkan selama kurang lebih 30 menit (1/2 jam).
  2. Setelah itu kita campur tepung terigu dan tepung maizena, aduk aduk rata daging ayam yang sudah didiamkan dalam kulkas selama 30 menit.
  3. Kemudian panaskan minyak yang banyak dan goreng ayam hingga kuning kecokelatan. Angkat dan tiriskan.
