Resep Telur Dadar Isi Tahu

Resep Cara Membuat Telur Dadar Isi Tahu. Membuat lauk yang satu ini sangatlah mudah dan cepat, sangat tepat bagi anda yang ingin mencari menu untuk makan pagi atau menu saur yang praktis dan tentu saja menyehatkan. Tahu yang digunakan adalah tahu putih biasa yang di potong potong kecil.

Bahan Utama :

  • 3 butir telur ayam
  • 100 gr tahu putih, potong otong kotak kecil
  • 3 buah cabai rawit merah, iris tipis serong
  • 1 batang daun bawang, iris halus
  • 2 siung bawang putih, cincang kasar
  • 3 batang bawang merah, iris serong
  • 1/2 sendok teh merica bubuk
  • 3 batang kucai, potong potong
  • 3/4 sendok teh garam

Cara Membuat telur dadar isi tahu :

  1. Siapkan mangkok besar, lalu kocoklepas telur hingga rata, setelah itu tambahkan dengan tahu putih yang telah di potong otong kecil, aduk hingga rata.
  2. Tambahkan dengan garam, merica bubuk, daun bawang, cabai rawit, bawang merah, bawang putih dan kucai, aduk hingga rata. Bagi adonan menjadi 2 bagian.
  3. Panaskan 50 ml minyak goreng lalu goreng satu bagian ke dalam wajan cekung atau wajan anti lengket, goreng hingga matang. Angkat dan goreng kembali sisa bagian adonan yang kedua, angkat dan sajikan.
