Resep Tumis Pakis Teri

Resep Cara Membuat Tumis Pakis Teri. Bila anda suka dengan sayur pakis, tentunya anda ingin membuat sajian yang terbuat dari sayur pakis, anda dapat mencampur tumis pakis anda dengan teri yang berukuran sedang, sehingga rasanya akan lebih gurih dan tentu saja berbeda dengan tumis yang lainnya.

Bahan :

  • 800 gr pakis muda, siangi
  • 50 gr teri ukuran sedang, goreng
  • 1 sendok makan minyak sayur
  • 1 1/2 sendok teh garam
  • 1 sendok teh merica bubuk
  • 2 sendok makan air

Bahan bumbu tumis :

  • 2 buah cabai merah, iris serong
  • 3 butir bawang merah, iris tipis
  • 2 siung bawang putih, iris tipis
  • 2 sendok teh terasi

Cara menciptakan tumis pakis :

  1. Lumuri akis dengan garam, lalu remas remas pakis hingga layu, setelah itu siram dengan air panas, cuci hingga bersih lalu sisihkan.
  2. Panaskan minyak, lalu tumis bumbu hingga harum, kemudian masukkan pakis, aduk hingga rata.
  3. Tambahkan dengan air, merica bubuk dan garam secukupnya, aduk rata dan masak hingga akis matang.
  4. Menjelang di angkat, masukkan ikan teri lalu aduk rata dan angkat kemudian sajikan.
