Resep Nasi Bogana Lengkap

Resep nasi bogana paling tepat untuk menu makan siang ataupun makan malam anda, nasi gurihnya akan membuat anda ketagihan, oseng tempenya juga enak dan sangat mudah untuk di buat, anda juga dapat membuat nasi bogana sebagai menu makan untuk acara arisan ataupun pertemuan keluarga anda.

Bahan nasi legit :

  • 450 gr beras
  • 2 sendok teh garam
  • 800 ml santan dari 1 butir kelapa
  • 2 lembar daun pandan

Bahan oseng tempe kacang panjang :

  • 5 lonjor kacang panjang, potong potong
  • 2 lembar daun salam
  • 300 gr tempe, potong kotak
  • 3/4 sendok teh garam
  • 2 cm lengkuas, memarkan
  • 1 sendok teh gula merah sisir
  • 1 sendok makan kecap manis
  • 300 ml air
  • minyak untuk menumis

Bahan bumbu yang di haluskan untuk oseng tempe :

  • 6 butir bawang merah
  • 3 siung bawang putih
  • 3 buah cabai merah besar

Bahan pelengkap nasi bogana :

  • 3 sendok makan sambal terasi
  • 6 butir telur rebus, kupas

Cara menciptakan nasi bogana :

  1. Untuk membuat nasi gurih : rebus santan bersama dengan daun pandan hingga mendidih sambil di aduk aduk, masukkan beras lalu aduk hingga air terserap, angkat dan kukus nasi selama 40 menit hingga matang, angkat.
  2. Untuk membuat oseng tempe : panaskan sedikit minyak, lalu tumis bumbu yang telah di haluskan sambil di tambahkan dengan lengkuas dan daun salam, tumis hingga bumbu harum dan matang.
  3. Masukkan kacang panjang, tempe, aduk hingga rata. Bumbui dengan gula merah, kecap manis dan garam,masukkan air lalu masak hingga matang, angkat dan sisihkan.
  4. Sajikan nasi bogana dengan tumisan tempe dan pelengkapnya.
