Cara Membuat Tumis Cumi Hitam Pedas


Tumis Cumi Hitam Pedas

Bahan-Bahan

1/2 kg cumi basah

Bumbu iris :

6 siung bawang merah

3 siung bawang putih (cincang)

1 bawang Bombay

7 cabai rawit merah

5 cabai hijau besar

1 Batang daun bawang

1 buah tomat (aku pakai yg kecil)

Bumbu yg lain :

1 ruas lengkuas

1 ruas jahe

1 lembar daun salam

Gula pasir sejumput kecil (sesuai selera)

Kaldu bubuk (secukupnya)

Merica bubuk (secukupnya)

Penyedap rasa (secukupnya)

1 jeruk nipis

Cara Membuat Nya :

  1. Cuci bersih cumi,hati2 jgn sampai tintanya pecah (justru tinta hitam nya yg membuat masakan makin enak dan gurih) beri perasan jeruk nipis diamkan sebentar,lalu bilas.
  2. Tumis bumbu iris, lengkuas,salam,jahe, tomat sampai harum dan agak layu,lalu Masukkan cumi-cumi dan daun bawang, masak sambil diaduk, boleh tambahkan sedikit air (sedikitt aj yaa krn cumi-cumi sdh berair klo dimasak / klo gak suka berkuah jgn ditambah air) masukkan bumbu2 yang lain, masak hingga cumi-cumi menjadi berubah warna.
  3. Cicipi cumi-cumi jika telah matang dan empuk, angkat dan sajikan dengan nasi hangat.. Super endesss yummy.
