Resep Cara Membuat Rolade Tahu

Resep Cara Membuat Rolade Tahu ini dapat anda jadikan sebagai salah satu menu favorit untuk seluruh anggota keluarga, karena selain mudah caranya untuk memasak, rolade tahu juga sehat untuk segala umur, suasana makan akan bertambah spesial dengan hadirnya rolade tahu ini.

Bahan buat rolade :

  • 1 buah tahu putih, haluskan
  • 2 sendok makan kecap inggris
  • 100 gr jamur tiram, haluskan
  • 1/4 sendok teh merica bubuk
  • 1/2 sendok teh garam
  • 1/4 sendok teh pala bubuk
  • 1/2 sendok teh gula pasir
  • 75 gr tepung sagu
  • 6 buah crab stik untuk isi
  • Minyak untuk menggoreng

Bahan buat saus :

  • 1 sendok makan minyak untuk menumis
  • 1 sendok makan kecap inggris
  • 4 sendok makan saus tomat
  • 1 cm jahe, memarkan
  • 300 ml air
  • 1/2 sendok makan kecap manis
  • 1/4 sendok teh merica bubuk
  • 1/4 sendok teh ala bubuk
  • 2 sendok teh kaldu bubuk
  • 2 sendok teh maizena di larutkan dengan 2 sendok teh air
  • 1 sendok teh gula pasir
  • 50 gr kacang polong

Bahan buat pencelup, kocok hingga homogen :

  • 100 gr tepung sagu
  • 1/2 sendok teh garam
  • 50 gr tepung terigu protein sedang
  • 100 ml air
  • 1/2 sendok teh baking powder

Bahan buat pelengkap :

  • 200 gr wortel, rebus
  • 100 gr buncis, rebus
  • 30 gr kentang goreng
  • 10 lembar daun selada

Cara menciptakan rolade memahami :

  1. Siapkan mangkok besar, lalumasukkan semua bahan rolade, aduk hingga benar benar rata, ambil selembar lastik, lalu pipihkan adonan, letakkan crab stik di tengah, lalu gulung dan bulatkan. Gulung dan bulatkan dengan diameter 4 cm.
  2. Kukus di dalam dandang selama 35 menit hingga matang, angkat lalu dinginkan
  3. Celupkan rolade ke dalam bahan pencelup,lalu goreng hingga kecoklatan, angkat dan tiriskan. Potong potong rolade
  4. Untuk membuat saus : panaskan minyak, lalu tumis jahe hingga harum. Masukkan kecap manis, kecap inggris dan saus tomat, aduk hingga rata
  5. Tambahkan dengan kaldu, garam, merica, gula, pala bubuk dan air, masak hingga mendidih
  6. Kentalkan saus dengan larutan maizena lalu aduk hingga meletup letup. Tambahkan kacang polong, aduk rata lalu angkat
  7. Sajikan rolade dengan siraman saus dan bahan pelengkapnya.
